KidzOwn Klubhouse

  In Kidzown Klubhouse this week:

Mr. Brian is prepared for Mothers Day by splurging his mom with flowers, candy, a nice dinner, and a brand new porch swing . . . self assembled. Although Mr. Brian didn't take the time to read the instructions, but as Ms Tammy points out, patience is really a necessity when putting together a porch swing.
In the klubhouse, Jake is eager to go swimming and tries to convince a reluctant Stevie into going too, even though Grandpa Henry has discouraged them from doing so after the public pool gets closed due to offset chemical levels in the pool. In an attempt to stop Jake, Stevie is accidentally the one who goes into the pool. And what happens to him will show why it's important to be patient.
Also we'll have a chance to play a Mothers Day edition of Rapid Response.

 . . . . . . . But what happened last week?

Previously...

It was Danielle's birthday! All went well at her party until Andie and Jake learned that she had invited Butch Donovan, the toughtest kid in school, to the party as well. Even though his reputation didn't suggest that he treats others with kindness and the Klubhouse kids are afraid to let him join the party, they decided to show Butch kindness anyway.

Mr. Chris continued to try and live out the virtue of orderliness, but after Ms. Stacey took a look at the schedule he had planned for himself, Mr. Chris learned he may be too busy to spend enough time with God.

Cameron went to extreme efforts to whip the Klubhouse kids into shape by training Mikey, Tommy and Lauren to be more orderly. However he realized that there are more important things than being orderly and when taking this months virtue to excess it can be a bad thing.

Also, Mr Chris showed us his amazing discoveries about the word "orderliness!"
