ALTA VISTA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Alta Vista Elementary School is located less than a mile from the church on South Euclid Avenue.  We Be Love Reach with our neighborhood elementary school by providing support for the staff and families in several different ways.

  • Buy One Give One. is an ongoing project with Alta Vista Elementary. We supply much needed personal hygiene and breakfast food items for the Alta Vista students and their families. For a list of items and more information about BOGO view here

  • Staff Support. Throughout the year we look for opportunities to serve the amazing staff and teachers of Alta Vista in different ways, such as an appreciation lunch and providing supplies.

  • Student Support. In addition to BOGO, we have provided students with uniforms, shoes, and other supplies to help them enter the school year with confidence.

  • Eaglefest. The Eagle Academy is an additional educational experience over the summer that deserved a celebration. We seek to help the Alta Vista staff & teachers serve the students and their families in ways that ensures the best educational environment possible. See video on side bar.

Care portal

Care Portal is a ministry all about helping those in the greatest need.  We partner with social workers who are working with vetted families that are in need. After a social worker has evaluated the family and established need, we can come alongside of the family and help them by providing the physical needs of the family.. The most frequently needed items are:

  • Twin Beds

  • Bunk beds

  • Queen beds

  • Dressers

  • Small Dinette Sets

  • Couches

  • Gently used baby items

  • Non expired car seats

  • Stroller with infant seat

  • Pack and plays

  • Diapers and wipes

You can partner by helping with sourcing the items, delivering the items, or especially with storage space in garages!
